A native of New Zealand, CLIFF CURTIS (Hiko) has appeared in numerous films from his homeland, including The Piano, Rapa Nui and Deep Rising. He won New Zealands Best Supporting Actor Award in 1995 for Desperate Remedies and was nominated again for the internationally acclaimed Once They Were Warriors.
Curtis made his American film debut in this past summers hit film Six Days, Seven Nights, which was directed by Ivan Reitman. He is currently filming two features: Bringing Out the Dead, directed by Martin Scorsese and Three Kings, opposite George Clooney, Ice Cube and Mark Wahlberg, directed by David Russell.
